By accessing or using Bepaza ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Bepaza is an e-commerce platform that allows users to create and manage online stores. The Service includes hosting, storefront management, product catalog management, order processing, and related tools.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service is offered at $29 per month, which includes one shop. Additional shops may be added for $9 per month each. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Bepaza does not charge transaction fees on sales made through your store.
You agree not to use the Service to sell illegal goods or services, infringe on intellectual property rights, engage in fraudulent activities, distribute malware or harmful content, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including product images, descriptions, and store content. Bepaza retains all rights to the platform, software, and its underlying technology.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your store will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period. Bepaza reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Bepaza is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bepaza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
